G Force Business Partners was launched in July 2016 by Founder and Managing Director Michael Gerolemou.

Michael has spent almost 20 years working as an HR professional, across all facets of operations for small and large corporations including strategy, talent management, Learning and Development, staff engagement and culture shifts, and even transitions to the ASX.

With a vision of creating a service offering that would effectively provide businesses with an ongoing expert HR function over the long-term, G Force was born.

The goal was to provide easy and straightforward advice relating to HR processes, tools and education, as well as face-to-face support that is vital when managing staff. Throughout our work, we remain committed to keeping all systems and processes as simple as possible.

Michael has assembled a team with diverse backgrounds and areas of expertise, to provide the best levels of HR support to businesses that want to manage this area of their operations well, but don’t necessarily have the capabilities to do so in house.
